Arnie to say “Astalavista Baby”

... Well for 3 weeks anyway.

This coming Sunday will be my last training session before going overseas for 3 weeks and so unfortunately I will miss our first 3 games.

I'm not sure if it's official yet but thanks to Tyler we will have a new ACERS Touch team member in Troy Bates, who I believe arrives from Sydney only a few days before our first game. Troy is an experienced Touch Footy player and I'm sure will easily fill the gap in those 3 weeks.

Then as the Terminator would say "I'll be Back" :-)

Small BBQ after Training 4pm Sunday 8th Oct 2006

For those interested we’ll be having a small BBQ this Sunday to fill the hunger after training and enjoy a little of the afternoon socialising and relaxing at Albert Park Lake. It will either be at the BBQ area a little walk up from the Touch fields or the ones across from the Sports and Aquatic Centre (along the Lake). The Location is flexible so if you know of a nice spot please let us know.

Though I’m sure there will be plenty extra if you don’t want to miss out or have a favourite cut of meat or type of sausage, you may want to BYO just in case.

I've also added some comment bubbles and stuff for a laugh. Enjoy.
